Elliot Berry the Founder of The Noah Initiative grew in the English Lake District and first visited Kenya as a youth in early 2009. Once he stepped foot in Kenya he knew he would find his home there. He quickly saw the need for mentorship and counselling and returned to the U.K to complete his Level 3 Counselling qualification through Philippi Trust.
Metrine Nandalo-Berry hailing from Western Kenya moved to Eldoret in 2002 where she soon qualified as jounalist working for multiple Kenyan media houses. In 2007, during the Kenyan post-election violence, Metrine took a new career path and moved into the humanitarian field. Having found her professional calling she went on to manage several charitable programmes and projects for multiple International NGO’s. In February 2015 Metrine married Elliot in a colourful ceremony in Eldoret.

Jonathan Bowyer is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, trainer, leader and manager. Jonathan’s day to day work is running The View From Here a company focusing on Organisational Development.
David Neale is the Commercial Director at English Lakes Hotels, Resorts and Venues. His previous experience includes marketing work with Reebok and Mars.
Andy Blackman is now retired but had a long educational career and is considered one of the top education minds in the north of England. Andy is now a keen member of Lakes Gospel Choir. Having fallen in love with Kenya Andy now has taken a position on the Noah Initiative Kenyan Board.

Bishop Joseph Likavo is the lead Pastor of International Vision Centre located in Eldoret. Whilst Pastoring his congregation of one thousand plus Bishop Likavo is also involved in many organisations in Africa and the Caribbean.
Doctor Scholastic Adeli trained as a Psychologist and Counsellor at Moi University in Eldoret where she is now a Senior Lecturer.
Joseph Musakali works at Moi University as a Lecturer of Information Sciences. He is known around Eldoret for his amazing bright green classic Volkswagen Beetle.
Pastor Manu Makolo, a local Pastor of Sirikwa Pentecostal Churches. Manu has a wealth of experience with both youth and missions.
Summer Sneed, an American missionary living in Eldoret. She has a background in Education, Administration and Missions. Married with two children to Rev. Kevin Sneed of IPHC, Eldoret.
Dr. Mercy Jerono
Mercy is a medical doctor, born and educated in Eldoret. She has a huge amount of experience and heart for people unable to access health care and for the health and well-being of youth.
Diana, originally from Bermuda, moved to the U.K to train as nurse which she achieved before becoming a Mother of three boys, including our very own Founder. She is a mother and a Shosho to all of our Noah Boys.
