The Noah Initiative is a unique blend of staff, working with both international missionaries as well as a local Kenyan Work Force.
Richard Simiyu – Finance and Administration Coordinator / Kambi Teso Hub Coordinator
Richard grew up in Testimony Faith Homes and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant by the age of 23. He now uses his niche experience to both ‘crunch the numbers’ and mentor and disciple our students.
Charles Ndung’u – Ark Coordinator for Langas and Huruma
Charles is an Eldoret native and has lived and been educated in the city. After graduating high school, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Maths and Physics. He joined The Noah Initiative in 2018 after working at one of our partner schools for a number of years. He adds a huge depth of knowledge to our team, especially in the areas of Education and Mentorship.
Dauglas Masaren – Ark Coordinator for Kipkaren
Dauglas joined our team in late 2017 to take over the running of Kipkaren Ark. After finishing high school at one of our partner school’s he pursued a diploma in Tourism. Dauglas has been the Youth Chairperson for International Vision Centre (one of the largest churches in our city) for almost a decade. He has brought a huge boost of insight to the organization, especially in regards to Pastoral Care and Discipleship.
Dominic Otieno – Assistant to The Country Coordinator.
Dominic is our youngest member of the team. He was educated and given a home at Testimony Faith Children’s home, after which he pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Dominic adds a lot of fun and life to the office and we would not be able to do what we do without his help.
